The Challenge
Marabou Ranch is an exclusive, private residential ranch offering real estate and unparalleled amenities. The target demographic is the top 1% of wealth world wide. With such a small niche of extremely high net worth individuals, H4 was tasked with reaching, engaging and developing quality leads for the Marabou Ranch Real Estate Team.
Our Solution
With needing a world wide campaign, H4 developed an extensive digital campaign using programmatic, private market place and social to target very specific high end markets, FBO’s (private jet airports), CEO’s of top 100 Fortune 500 companies, and the top 200 Real Estate Brokers in the world. In addition, H4 used our PR team to launch a campaign on the news front, garnering visits from high end travel magazines, monthly press releases related to the master guide program at Marabou and utilizing the local Colorado news market. High end, custom swag was designed as well, for potential clients who toured available property.
The Results
Within the first few months of the campaign, over 200 leads were delivered to the client with potential sales pending.
