The Challenge
Marabou Ranch is an exclusive, private residential ranch offering real estate and unparalleled amenities. The target demographic is the top 1% of wealth world wide. With such a small niche of extremely high net worth individuals, H4 was tasked with reaching, engaging and developing quality leads for the Marabou Ranch Real Estate Team.
Our Solution
With needing a world wide campaign, H4 developed an extensive digital campaign using programmatic, private market place and social to target very specific high end markets, FBO’s (private jet airports), CEO’s of top 100 Fortune 500 companies, and the top 200 Real Estate Brokers in the world.
In addition H4’s web team designed and built an updated website using the Marabou Ranch assets. We focused on keeping the luxury feel and look throughout the website to maintain a consistent brand feel. H4 also employed a separate landing page where users could book a tour of the ranch and/or get in touch with the real estate group representing the ranch. Lastly in this all encompassing campaign, H4 developed a strong creative message for a :30 video to run via OTT. Adding OTT to the already specific and custom digital targeting added the visual and emotional layer the campaign needed. High end, custom swag was designed as well, for potential clients who toured available property.
The Results
Within the first few months of the campaign, over 200 leads were delivered to the client with potential sales pending. To date Marabou Ranch has sold out of all available lots, reaching their ROI goal.
